NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-000463-A001-HC of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2007-OC1 Trust, Plaintiff and RICARDO PERE AFA A/K/A RICARDO G. PERE AFA A/K/A RICARDO G. PERE are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 24, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
