NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2022, and entered in Case No. 36-2021-CA-005079 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Dulce Frias; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5th day of August, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
