The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Qualifications in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on August 9, 2022 for the purpose of selecting a firm for a Leadership Professional Development Center required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The project includes new construction of a 21st century Leadership Center to enhance the growth of working professionals within the district and the surrounding community. The project goal is to construct a new 9400 square foot multi-use facility.

THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: $8,600,000.00
