NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 6, 2022, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-004047 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for CIM Trust 2016-4, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-4, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Waymon Lynn, deceased, Wanda J. Sampson a/k/a Wanda Sampson, Chiquita Lynn-Walker, Latieria Renee Hosten a/k/a Latieria Hosten a/k/a Latieria Hoston, Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ranger Insurance Company, The Independent Savings Plan Company dba ISPC, Waymon J. Lynn, Jr., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the August 4, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
