NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-005875-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and ACHU INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 26, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 2, Block 2, DISSTONIA, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 57, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
