CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Qualifications/Call for Artists 2022-014-RFQ: Oldsmar Sports Complex Public Art Project
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, is soliciting artists and design professionals to submit qualifications for creating and installing a permanent outdoor public art feature for the Oldsmar Sports Complex, 3120 Tampa Road, Oldsmar 34677.

Those with demonstrated expertise in this field are invited to submit a Qualifications package. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ)/Call for Artists will be open beginning on July 15, 2022. The RFQ/Call for Artist may be found at https://artist.callforentry.org/festivals_unique_info.php?ID=10603, www.demandstar.com, or www.callforentry.org. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Kathryn Farrelly, Procurement Analyst, at [email protected]. All questions must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM, EST, Monday, August 12, 2022, and will be answered via written addendum.

Responses/Submissions shall be submitted online utilizing the http://www.callforentry.org project site, no later than 11:59 PM, MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME, FRIDAY, AUGUST 31, 2022.

Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by an appointed selection committee to select three finalists. The finalists will be asked to submit and present a site-specific proposal for the appointed selection committee to make a final selection of the proposal that best meets the interest of the City of Oldsmar.
