AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOLORES GAMBARDELLA, DECEASED; ROBERT FONTANA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). BOOK 4150, PAGES 597 THROUGH 643, INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4597, PAGE 963; 0.R. BOOK 6971, PAGE 1831 AND O.R. BOOK 7199, PAGES 2091 AND 2092, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 62 THROUGH 65, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
