Final Judgment was awarded on July 6, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2020CA00021000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EDMOND DALE III (DECEASED); KIMBERLY ANITA GRAHAM; POLK COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER; EDMOND DALE, IV; COREY DALE; TAMIRA TOLBERT are Defendants.
