NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to that Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on July 7, 2022, in the above captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonesso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of August, 2022 at 11:00 am, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit No. 2226 of Country Village, Condominium, Section 9, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1154, Page 3660, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 66, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK OF THE COURT REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
