You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Betty Jean Eiffert, deceased, Case No. 2022 CP 1670, by the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205; that the decedent's date of death was April 17, 2022; that the total value of the estate is approximately $430,000, comprised of the exempt homestead property, and that the names of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
