NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 05, 2022, and entered in 2021CA001147AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF NATIXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL FULLERTON A/K/A MICHAEL H. FULLERTON; C. JOY FULLERTON A/K/A CHRISTINE JOY FULLERTON; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 10, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
