NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated July 8, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021 CC 004264 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on August 16, 2022, the following described property:
APARTMENT 8, BUILDING “I', CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENT 1 CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 443, PAGES 255 THROUGH 280, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1131, PAGE 306, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 9 AND 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
