Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Uniform Order Rescheduling Lien Foreclosure Sale in the above- captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Unit 926C AND 928C, Cluster 9, SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, According to the Declaration thereof as recorded in 0.R. Book 1167, page 578 through 658 and Third Amendment thereto as recorded in OR. Book 1353, page 1400 and amendments thereto and as further described in Plat Book l, page 10 together with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across the land described in O.R. Book 821, page 1006 and in OR. Book 839, page 1763, inclusive of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of August, 2022.
