NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019 CA 004068 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES L. KELLAMS, SR. AKA JAMES LESLIE KELLAMS, SR., DECEASED, et al, are Defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 6th day of September, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 22, BLOCK 1538, OF 31ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 15, 15A THROUGH 15F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
