NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of June 2022, in Case No. 2019 CA 000951 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-J4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-J4., is the Plaintiff and JOHN A. LIEURANCE A/K/A JOHN LIEURANCE; UKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A. LIEURANCE A/K/A JOHN LIEURANCE; 2222 TAMIAMI TRAIL, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT OF FLORIDA LLC; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of September 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SARASOTA BEACH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 76 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA. COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
