NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 28, 2022 and July 14, 2022 order resetting the sale, entered in Case No. 2021-CA-009535-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE EQUITYMAX, INC. 401(K) PLAN is the Plaintiff, and ANGEL L. LASTRES, a single man, and THE UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on August 16, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.orange.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Summary Judgment, to wit
Lot 19, Park Manor Estates 3rd Section, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book Y, Page(s) 50, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
