NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure which was granted at hearing held April 13, 2022, and entered in Case No. 18-004158-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-5, is Plaintiff and RANDOLPH HOLCOMBE; SUSAN HOLCOMBE A/K/A SUSAN E. HOLCOMBE; SUNTRUST BANK, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of AUGUST, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BRIARWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
