NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on June 30, 2022, entered in Case No. 2019-CA-4535, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC and Macana Investments, LLC, are the Plaintiffs and JORDAN SOLOMON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORDAN SOLOMON; DEBRA CHAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA CHAVIS; HORLANDO ARTEAGA, JOSE GUADALUPE RIVERA ARREDONDO and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Pursuant to said Final Judgment, the Clerk of the Court for Polk County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
