NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 14, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-002805 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE ASPEN GROWTH IV TRUST A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST is Plaintiff, and RAMYAR MAJIDI AZAD, ELHAM SOLTANI, UNKNOWN TENANT I AND UNKNOWN TENANT II are Defendants. Stacy M.
