LOT 10, BLOCK 538, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION SEVEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 11A THROUGH 11G OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jason Ruggerio, Esq., Lender Legal PLLC, 2807 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
