NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued by the Dade Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, on the 14th day of December, 2021, in the cause wherein First US Funding was Judgment Creditor and Automated Process Solutions Inc d/b/a Automated Process Solutions and Robert Channell were Judgment Debtors, being case number 19-13239 CA 01 in said Court, I, Charles R. Wells, as Sheriff of Manatee County, Florida, have this day levied upon all the right, title and interest of the DEFENDANT, Automated Process Solutions Inc d/b/a Automated Process Solutions and Robert Channell, in and to the following described personal property, to-wit:

Property may be seen at Barfield's Towing, 1810 67th Ave E, Sarasota, Florida, 34243 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m., Monday thru Friday.
