NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2022, and entered in 2022-CC-042037 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Charm-B Inc. is the Plaintiff and Downwind Management Inc. is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on August 19, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
