NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2022, and entered in 2022-CC-040918 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Whitburn, LLC is the Plaintiff and Grander Inc. is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on August 26, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
