NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 18th day of September 2019, in Case No. 08-CA-006245, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and NANCY VELEZ A/K/A NANCY FULLETON;
GEORGE VELEZ; ISRAEL DISCOUNT BANK OF NEW YORK F/K/A MANUFACTURERS BANK OF FLORIDA, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of August 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
