NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of July 2022, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-000515, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein COMMUNITY LOAN SERVICING, LLC F/K/A BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and ALLEN PARKER CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORP. QUICK QUOTE ROOFING LLC UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLAN PARKER UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 21st day of September 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 1, GANDY GARDENS 9, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
