NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 30, 2022 in Case No. 12-CA-014547 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 2000-3 (“Plaintiff”) and STEVE SHAVER; ROD KHLEIF; TENANT N/K/A SUZANNE CICCONE (“Defendants”). Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on AUGUST 24, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, IN BLOCK 4, OF W E HAMNER'S ALBIMAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
