if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and
respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors,
or other parties claiming by, through, and under those unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in and to the lands hereafter described

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described land in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Unit B7L20, of Regency Cove, a Cooperative, according to exhibit “C-2,” (plot plan) of Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 6284, at pages 1119 through 1142 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, commonly known as 4851 Gandy Boulevard, Unit B7L20 Tampa, Florida, 33611, for a term of years from the 1st day of June 1991, until the 31st day of May, 2090, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Master Occupancy Agreement which form of Agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference together with appurtenant stock share certificate number 1216 and the mobile homes bearing title numbers 5245143 and 5245144
