NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-007885 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Karen J. Morris a/k/a Karen Jean Morris a/k/a Karen J. Myers-Morris are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 17, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 167, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS MCGREGOR MOBILE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 151-152, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1978, MAKE: FLEETWOOD/SUNHOME, VIN#: FLFL2A748320609 AND VIN#: FLFL2B748320609.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
