NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 28, 2022, in Case No. 18-003396-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of MFRA Trust 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey Dennis, Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey Dennis, Richard Million, Karen Million, Waterside at Coquina Key South Condominium Association, Inc., and Bay Area DKI, are the Defendants. The clerk will sell the subject property at public sale on August 30, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 5102D, BUILDING 20, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14741, PAGE 2148, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 5102 Coquina Key Drive, Saint Petersburg, FL 33705
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
