NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (the “Final Judgment”), dated June 28, 2022, entered in Case No. 20-004840-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein LAKE MICHIGAN CREDIT UNION, as successor by merger to PILOT BANK is Plaintiff and JACKSONVILLE LOGISTICAL GROUP, INC., GREGORY RAUCKHORST, BRYAN TYE, RHONDA SMALLWOOD AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of August 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 1081, REGENCY PARK, UNIT 6, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 22 and 23 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
