NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated November 1, 2021, and entered in Case Number:2020-CA-003761-O of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein EASTWOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, is the Plaintiff, ALVIN B. LIGHTSEY, individually; TERESA R. LIGHTSEY, individually; IRT PARTNERS, L.P.; LABORATORY CORPORATION OF AMERICA d/b/a LABCORP and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A DEVIN LIGHTSEY, are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 17th day of June, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:

Lot 95, The Villages at Eastwood, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page(s) 125 through 128, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
