NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2022, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Tiffany Moore Russell shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 7th day of July, 2022, at 11 am to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the following described property:

OF ORANGE LAKE COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3300, PAGE 2702, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 59, UNTIL 12:00 NOON ON THE FIRST SATURDAY 2061, AT WHICH DATE SAID ESTATE SHALL TERMINATE; TOGETHER WITH A REMAINDER OVER IN FEE SIMPLE ABSOLUTE AS TENANT IN COMMON WITH THE OTHER OWNERS OF ALL THE UNIT WEEKS IN THE ABOVE DESCRIBED CONDOMINIUM IN THE PERCENTAGE INTEREST ESTABLISHED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
TOGETHER WITH ALL THE IMPROVEMENTS NOW OR HEREAFTER ERECTED ON THE PROPERTY, AND ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS, APPURTENANCES, RENTS AND ALL FIXTURES NOW OR HEREAFTER ATTACHED TO THE PROPERTY, ALL OF WHICH, INCLUDING REPLACEMENTS AND ADDITIONS THERETO, SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE AND REMAIN A PART OF THE PROPERTY COVERED BY THIS MORTGAGE; AND ALL OF THE FOREGOING, TOGETHER WITH SAID PROPERTY ARE HEREIN REFERRED TO AS THE “PROPERTY”.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
