NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 18th day of May, 2022, and entered in Case No.: 2021-CC-3946 of the County Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Texag Investments, LLC, is the Plaintiff; and, the Estate of Charles A. Mossholder, Sr.; the Heirs of Charles A. Mossholder Sr.; the Unknown Heirs of Charles A. Mossholder, Sr.; Eileen Rauch; Loretta Polk; Laurie Youngblood; Charles A. Mossholder, Jr.; and, any and all unknown tenants-in-possession of the below described real property are the Defendants.
The Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of June, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST on the following described real property as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
East 37.5 feet of Lot 13, Block 4, less the North 10 feet thereof, CAIN AND FLETCHER'S ADDITION TO MULBERRY, according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Book 56, Page 1, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
