NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA-002704-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, THE SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES , Plaintiff, and, STEWART, DENNIS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of July, 2022, the following described property:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE EAST 280 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 200 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE PEACE RIVER CANAL, THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY, ALONG SAID CANAL, TO THE WEST LINE OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, THENCE RUN NORTH 85 FEET, MORE OF LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND ALSO THE SOUTH 53 FEET OF THE WEST 280 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF SAID SW 1/4 OF SE 1/4.
