NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA-003014-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN F. HUMPHREY, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2022, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN POLK COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA.
LOT 2, INDIAN HIEGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
