NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 19, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2021CA002507 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ, LLC F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and DYLAN C. WOODS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DYLAN C. WOODS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ROCKRIDGE FARMETTES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHAZARN MOHAMMED; THE CLERK OF THE 10TH CIRCUIT FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants, Stacy M.
