NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2022, and entered in Case No. 53-2020-CA-000982 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Juan Rosado a/k/a Juan Antonio Rosado, Juan A Rosado, Jr., a/k/a Juan Antonio Rosado, Jr., a/k/a Juan Antonio Rosado a/k/a Antonio Rosado, Jr., Auria Ivelisse Rosado, Hillcrest Homes of Lake Davenport Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Lucero Rosado, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the June 24, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
