Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25th, 2022, in Case No.: 2022-CA-000040, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ESTANCIA AT WIREGRASS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANTWAN ROBERTSON, et al., is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat, at 11:00 a.m., on July 25th, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 4, in Block 110, of ESTANCIA PHASE 4, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
