Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated May 18, 2022, entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-002194-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which LH-NP Strat Delaware Owner Trust, is the Plaintiff, and One Deboche Investments et. al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted at the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on 16th day of June 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure::
Family Unit 10, Korwin Apartments, a Condomonium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 571, Pages 725-752, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
