NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-004875-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Marie J. Megee a/k/a Marie Megee are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE 1st FLOOR ATRIUM OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on June 16, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 211, WEST WIND MOBILE HOME ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, AS MORE FULLY SHOWN IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 630, PAGES 1883 THROUGH 1932, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED; TOGETHER WITH ALL UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR SURPLUSES ACCRUING TO SAID PROPERTY.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1979, MAKE: SHERTZER, VIN#: 13002216A AND VIN#: 13002216B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
