Unit 132, Woodmans Chart, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1153, page 1498, and Amendments thereto recorded in Official Records Book 1161 page 2113, Official Records Book 1171 page 319, and in Official Records Book 1183 page 2142 and as per Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10 page 5, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
