NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021 CA 002341 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2018-1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Robert Drake a/k/a Robert Oliver Drake a/k/a Robert O. Drake , deceased, Crocker's Lake Community Association, Inc., Vintage Grand Condominium Association, Inc., Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Bank of America, N.A., Katherine E. Drake a/k/a Katie Evans Drake, Olivia E. Drake a/k/a Olivia Evans Drake a/k/a Libby Drake, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the June 24, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 22, BUILDING 15, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
