NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2022, entered in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 004681 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VII-A, is Plaintiff and SUMMER WIND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on June 29, 2022, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 4, of SUMMERWIND CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page(s) 49 and 49A, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1607, Page 1617, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
