NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-004663-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB5 is the Plaintiff and Robert K. Villa; Unknown Spouse of Robert K. Villa n/k/a Trisha Villa are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of July, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, OF HIGHLAND ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
