NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I and for Reasonable Attorney's Fees and Costs entered in the above styled Case Number 21-004107-CO, in the County Court of Pinellas, Florida, that Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell the following real property, in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 5020D, Building 3, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 14741, Page 2148, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
With a street address of 5020 Beach Drive SE #D, St. Petersburg, FL 33705.
With an address of 5020 Beach Drive SE #D, St. Petersburg, FL 33705, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 30, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
