NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021 CA 000360 of the Circuit Court of the 7TH Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is Plaintiff and KAREN E. BRUCE A/K/A KAREN BRUCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN E. BRUCE A/K/A KAREN BRUCE, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Flagler County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in the Civil/Criminal Department, 2nd Floor of the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, located at 1769 E. Moody Boulevard, Building 1, Bunnell, FL 32110 at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of July, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 27, PALM COAST, MAP OF BELLE TERRE, SECTION 35, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE(S) 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 128 Burroughs Drive, Palm Coast, Florida 32137
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
