NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on April 26, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 003447, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and SIDNEY HIRD JR. N/K/A UNKNOWN TENANT #1 is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on July 7, 2022 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 484 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE NORTH 155 FEET, THENCE EAST 66 1/2 FEET THENCE SOUTH 155 FEET THENCE WEST 66 1/2 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ROADWAY ON THE SOUTH LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
