The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 5210 14th Street West, Lot #59, Bradenton, FL 34207, a 1970 MERC Mobile Home, VIN #MF2693D, Title #0003929849.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
