YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 121, ROVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE 1, UNIT 2-A, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 78-79, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 7625 Weston Court, New Port Richey, Florida, 34654.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, within thirty (30) days after the first publication July 1, 2022 of this Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
