YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
ALL THE CERTAIN LAND SITUATED IN COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, VIZ: LOT 348, HOLIDAY LAKES WEST UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 97 AND 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
